Hi Ocean and others, I will be 1 1/2 years this Sunday April 15th smoke free. :) That's almost 545 days, 5,450 cigarettes not smoked, and $3800 in savings in cigarettes, and not to mention the $3800 plus I have saved not buying coffee and other stuffs to complement my habit. Too bad for Tims and McDonalds!! :)
I know that I will never ever smoke another cigarette or would even have a puff, because I know I will be back at where I started 1 1/2 years ago dreaming and begging to be where I am today. :) I do not want to keep damaging my health, my lungs, my teeth, my gum etc, because of this habit. I am also happy that I do not have to lie to my loved ones about this nasty habit I had, as I was a closet smoker, for which my conscience kept bothering me about. :)Also, I have learned to let go of things and take it easy, rather than to whine, complain, and get frustrated over things. I know my life, has gotten better since the last year, the last 10 years, the last 20 years. I know that I cannot satisfy everyone or make all happy!
