Hi Sammy,
You're right that smoking isn't the break you need! You've fought this hard over the past month because you don't want to smoke anymore, after all!
This could be a good day to sit down with yourself and revisit and renew your reasons for quitting. After a month you might also already be noticing some benefits from not smoking; this could be a good time to highlight those as well!
It may also be helpful to consult with a pharmacist. There are ways to lessen those withdrawal symptoms so you can feel more like your usual chipper self!
Now that you're here with us, also please keep in mind that we're here to back you up during those moments when your willpower may be at low ebb. And please know that this will get easier, as long as you continue to take good care of yourself by not smoking again.
