   I totally get the accountability thing. It's way easier to stick to something when you've put it out there. My reason for not smoking today is that I'm finally starting to feel like I can breathe normally again, and I don't want to mess that up.

   Accountability to others on this site and in other ways led me to successfully quit smoking on March 5, 2018. I am forever grateful. 
   today, I will not smoke because I choose life and freedom. I choose myself.
