    Hello Tony,

Welcome and congratulations on quitting! The first three days are usually the hardest so hang in there. The feeling of not wanting to do much is a pretty common withdrawal symptom and will go away eventually.

Do you find the patch and lozenge helps? Most people find them very helpful for cravings and withdrawals.

               We are rooting for you,

                 The Smokers Helpline Team

Hi Tony, It looks like we stopped on the same day. :) I am sending you courage!  Same here, patch, losenges, and a plastic straw to hold in my fingers. Hang in there.

    Hi Tony,

I'm sure you're going crazy, but hang on!  Use those NRTs and grit your teeth.  Quitting is a wild ride, but it is well worth it.  You will breathe easier, have more energy, get more nutrients from food, and save loads of money.  I used to give myself little treats along the way because I knew that I was still saving tons of money.  Ultimately, I used some of those savings on a trip to Mexico!

You can do this, Tony.  Believe in yourself!

I’m still quit, but I cheated, I’m the last 2 weeks I had 2 packs, so I smoked 4 days and quit again.
i guess I need to change my quit date again.
so, here I am, back on day 2.

Tonys, good for you for getting back to the quit so fast. Slips are normal in a quit journey, we have all been there.
Just remind yourself of the reasons you want to be free and bite down hard to battle those urges that strike. Its not easy but you can do it and we are here to listen.
