    I have never been a cross-stitch kind of person but it’s saved me from ‘empty hand’ restlessness!! I ordered the stamped kind & it has really helped me make it through long hours where cravings are problematic. I know it’s not a great amount, but I’ve made it to day 19! (a big deal for me). Give cross-stitch a try if you think it may help; it’s relatively affordable, kind of addictive & relaxing. It helps. 😉
