    DAY 25 !!! I am travelling actually attending a work conference and many temptations and stress but yes day 25 and I am focused to remain strong ..Thank you all for your support ..I hope to be writing day 225 in 200 days but it is one day at a time :)

    Way to go Alex!! Congrats on 25 days smoke free!! I'm your quit twin as today is day 25 for me too lol yay us!!

    Happy day #25 alexjw! Way to go, managing the urge to smoke during a tempting situation - taking it one step at a time is a mindful and thoughtful way to quit.
