Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share that tomorrow (May 31st) is World No Tobacco Day! The World Health Organization (WHO) created World No Tobacco Day in 1987. The day is intended to draw attention to the widespread prevalence of tobacco use and to negative health effects, which currently lead to nearly 6 million deaths each year worldwide.
So if you've been thinking about quitting this may be a good day to start. Or even just going smoke free for the day can bring a lot on insight into quitting and help you get prepared.
