   It has been over ten years and I just wanted to check in to share the fact that I will celebrate my 70th BDay in five months and I don’t believe I would have made it if I hadn’t quit smoking.
   This group was an amazing support and I thank you.

   It's so wonderful to read about your story. It's really inspiring to hear about your success and that you will soon celebrate a milestone birthday smoke free! Thank you for coming back to the group to share and be a support for others.

   So great to hear about how far you are in your smoke free journey. What a wonderful way to celebrate your 70th birthday! The gift of being smoke free. 10 years is huge! You are such an inspiration! Keep rocking your quit!
