Happy Canada Day Long Weekend All!
A big Congratulations goes out to Laureen Lowden from St. Catharines, ON. She has been attending a group smoking cessation program at QUEST (a Community Health Care Centre) in Niagara and heard about our contest there so she registered. It was her first time participating in the challenge so she was so appreciative to win the prize.
Remember to sign up for July's contest, deadline being Sun June 30th.
