We are full on into fall, the leaves are dropping, and the trees are getting ready for winter.
Then in spring, they will be back renewed and revived.
For many of us, we want to aim to a "new, revitalized" self in the new year.
If you quit now, you will be 3 months free by the time New Years 2024 happens...
Is New Years a good time to quit? I wonder how many have done that and succeeded, any advice to share? And any advice for those who found other times of year to be the right time?
It would be nice to celebrate New Years without this goal in mind! Something to think about.
