Hi killcigrettes,
Welcome to the forum.
It's great that you were able to stay smoke free for 10 days. Use that experience as a learning process. What triggered you to give in and light up? What could you do in the future to remain smoke free? When you are tempted to give in, think about all of the reasons why you want to quit. And don't be afraid to reach out for help. I found my friends were a really good support system for me, whether they were smokers or not. There is strength in numbers, so this forum was a lifeline for me. Post often. If nothing else, it is a good place to vent. We are all in the same boat and we all get each other. Try to stay strong and positive.
