Hello butfirstcoffee - welcome, and thank you for your post.
People who want to smoke on their own, to have 'me time' aka a break, is more common than you might think.
And yes, COVID-19 has made changes to all sorts of plans and schedules, but that doesn't mean your quit attempt is not going to happen. Instead, be gentle and flexible with yourself. What had you planned to do as a strategy to deal with cravings & urges to smoke? How can they be adapted now that you are spending more time indoors and by yourself. Is there a hobby you've always wanted to start? Maybe make a list? People find if they start brainstorming their strategies, and then write them down, its always there to refer to it if you need it.
Certainly we are here to support you, and you can post 24/7.
Take it day by day, and you CAN do this :)
Sarah
