    We thought that this could be the perfect time to put this vital question to you, the pros:

    What tips, tricks, and strategies help you navigate through the holidays while maintaining your goals around smoking? Please share them here!  

    This can be an exciting but challenging time. Please feel free to voice your concerns about the holidays & quitting here as well. We might be able to come up with some coping skills to help you to feel more confident and prepared. 

    Please note: we'd like to also share your expertise through social media, newsletters, etc. We want to spread the word that quitting is possible ANY time of year with support, determination, and a plan. Thanks!

    I have been avoiding social situations but I think I'm going to have a fidget toy or two on hand. I think multiples of the same kind in case anyone wants to play with my fidget toy lol.

    Thank you for sharing your holiday strategy!

    Sounds like you have been thinking ahead and are prepared for holiday gatherings.
    You've recognized that having something to keep your hands busy works and you've gone a step further and recognized that others might want to try your fidget spinner, so you will have more on hand to share! Now that's what I call using foresight and successful planning for the future!
