    Hello all,

    Today is a new month on your quit smoking journey! Can't believe it is August 1st already! Today seems to be a great day to challenge ourselves to develop new healthier habits, drink more water, do more yoga, go for longer walks, take the stairs, it's all up to you!

    My challenge is to drink 2 liters of water per day. Any other suggestions or ideas???

    Hi Renee,

    I joined a gym a week ago and I am going three days a week for an hour and a half work out. Being a novice, it is not too intense. I ride on the stationary bike, walk the treadmill and do a bit on two machines for my waist and chest. At the end of the work outs, I feel healthy and hale! It works off any stress and tension. Very invigorating.

    Hi Eagerquit,

    Wow congratulations on going to the gym 3 days a week! It's great how exercise can work off stress and tension. It is a huge plus to feel healthy and really helps with quitting smoking and remaining smokefree! It is also nice to work out as a nonsmoker and see how much easier it is to breath as a nonsmoker.

    wonderful idea...those 2 litres of water....I found 1 litre contagio water bottles with the straw pop-up and they lock....totally so easy to measure....reminder to myself...go fill them now...thanks
