Support Email from Smokers Helpline congratulated me on one month smoke free. Wow, wow, wow. One whole month....smoke free.

I'm really hoping for a lifetime of being smoke free now - looking to the future. I can really appreciate the milestones of others that have been quit for 6 months, a year, 2 years, and longer. I want to be there one day too. I now know it is not something we simply we move on from. It is a part of us that we need to be ever vigilant to keep in check.

To all the others just starting on their journey - It is worth the effort.

Congratulations atp on one month smoke-free! It is a big accomplishment you have achieved! It sounds as though you are really motivated to continue on this quit as you look toward the future being a non-smoker. You might consider rewarding yourself for this milestone.

It is also great to see you encouraging others to start on their quit journeys!

    Keep up the great work!

    Kate R,

It feels real good to get to this point. Even changed up my avatar picture for one that better reflects my mood.

Wishing another successful smoke free day to everyone.

I saved almost $440.00 in my first month. Mind boggling how much my addiction was costing me.

My wife bought me 2 pairs insulated pants from Marks! Nice and warm for these cold days.

BTW - congrats on 2 months to you.

Real impressive atp, great start to your savings for the 1st month.  So nice to hear your wife is thinking of your comfort and no doubt you appreciate being warm these days.  Like your new avatar, so freeing!

    Have a wonderful day!
