   Wow, it's hard to believe it's been a year already!  Where does the time go?
   
   Thank you Steven, and all of the other quit coaches for your continuing support and commitment.  I tell people time and again that I don't know if I could have quit smoking without the help of the wonderful people on this site.  This was my lifeline, and that is why I continue to try to support others in their attempts to quit smoking.  There is strength in numbers, and I think that we can all get there with a little help from our friends.
   
   I just love our community!

   Thank you for providing this most helpful forum for quitting smoking and staying smoke free. I found this site on the day I quit and has been important to my progress ever since. The Quit Coaches are doing a super job providing guidance. Thank you all who participate for all the tips and suggestions.

   Thank you for all you have given and continue to give daily. 
   
   I hope you have a big office party with a big cake.  Doesn't blowing out candles sort of relate to quitting smoking?  Might be some symbolism buried somewhere deep in there.
   
   I didn't know what to buy for you, so instead I just made a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society on your behalf!
