And good morning to you Brieffree!

Good to hear you survived the storm - both literally and figuratively.

    Onward to another day.

    Hi brieffree,

I am so glad that you got the Mist.  It helped you before, and it can help you again.

And yes, this stupid addiction tries to trick us into thinking we want to smoke, when we really don't.  You can fight it again, brieffree.  Remember the 4 Ds.  And NOPE, Not One Puff Ever.

I agree with your brieffree,  this addiction is horrible.  even after years of non-smoking the addiction is still latent in the back of the brain and could be triggered. I fell for it twice already in the past after thinking having a cigar or cigarette after 1 full year of quit was ok, but I was wrong.  This is my third attempt to quit, and I am never doing another puff ever again!

Congrats brieffree - stay positive and don't quit quitting. It is awesome that you found a quit aid that works for you. Keep it by your side as you work through those cravings and mind games  that the addiction plays on you.
Jeyan, you are a great role model to not quit quitting!! The more you try, the more you learn and the more likely to succeed!!

Keep up the amazing work everyone. Just like the Toronto Raptors - their hard work and perseverance paid off!

    Hi Jeyan

The worst of it, is that our mind and body does all it can to remain you a puff!

Nrt is ok for a wile, but, we need to learn how to leave with out any Nrt! I think.
I am willing to try again, without Nrt!

    One  day  at the time!
