One amazing gift we all give ourselves, and our loved ones, is living better because we have quit smoking. By quitting we are basically saying "I value living, and being here with you, more than my addiction".

No better gift for Valentine's than to have another successful smoke free day.

    Well said atp.

And now I don't have to go shopping to get anything for my wife - I'll blame it all on you!

    LOL

I was at the store this morning at 7:00am - bunch of flowers for my wife and another for my mother-in-law. And flowers smell so much better now.

    (Belated) Happy Valentine's Day!

It warms the cockles of my heart to hear your success stories. Congratulations!

Being smoke-free is truly a gift that keeps on giving: more life, healthier hearts, more ability to stop and actually smell the roses, and more time to be with the ones that we love.
