Spring is here yet maybe not in the air for all of us yet, depending on where you live. Seeing you are starting to talk about your plans for the anticipated nice weather, any chance you have goals of exercise?
Being indoors for the most part in the Winter, our nature is to want to start moving when the sun is shining. How are you all getting motivated to do so? Any of you using apps that count your daily steps? Do you have walking and running buddies? Intent to walk your dogs more and for longer periods?
Our workplace is starting to organize walks at lunch and encouraging gym memberships + physical training sessions. Some have joined the Running Room Walk/Run program at runtoquit.ca
