   Good morning brieffree,
   Thank you for extending your hand to me as a new non smoker. It's only been 2 weeks and I feel better everyday. It's really hard to quit smoking, I've been smoking all my life. I will pledge to keep positive. Thanks to smokers help line! So happy there's support out there for smokers.
