Hello everyone,
Triggers, triggers, triggers... sometimes we cannot get rid of them...so what are some creative ways we can change them up?
Here are a few creative examples from other brave quitters:
- change from coffee to tea
- leave the home out of a different door, such as the side or back
- change the sound of the phone's ring tone
