    I really have been having some rough days lately where I want a smoke, probably because of the nice weather. its getting very difficult, but im going to do it. I need help to get through this I think.

    Is pretty normal feel anxious when the whether get nicer, But you are not the same, you change, the old person who use to Poisson you is not anymore.
    You are a new Fuel of Hope and free to leave with out that Demon addiction. You made and incredible journey, do not forget why you quit!
    Distract your self from those moments!
