Wow!  I got a notification from SHC and didn't even know that I was celebrating a milestone, my how the time goes by so quickly.  For any new quitters, please just stick with it, it will get easier in time, and the thought of smoking will become a fleeting thought, becoming even easier than brushing away a mosquito.  Just an annoyance, nothing more.  Only you can make you succeed, but use any and all tools available.  And only you can give up on your quit.  It is yours to control, it is your decision to make.  It always has been.

    Good Evening rosie1931,

Three months without smoking that's amazing!

Rosie I can see that you are positive and very determined to remain smoke-free. Always keep in mind that positive thinking can make your quit a whole lot easier. By changing the way you think can in effect change your outlook on life and smoking.

Continue to maintain a positive attitude all the time because it will help you to remain smoke-free forever.

The goal is to remain smoke-free one day at a time.
    Congratulations!

    Merline

Hi Rosie - congratulations, 3 months is awesome.  It's also awesome the read that the time is flying by without even realizing it.  When the cravings minimize or disappear, it is true freedom.

Keep that positive attitude and the time will keep flying by.
