One that always sticks with me is: “It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” – Confucius. Quitting anything tough is all about persistence. Even if you slip up, as long as you keep moving forward, you’re still making progress. Heard that through vaping with unpleasant liquid or drinking ginger with water before smoking gives a bitter and worse taste and can trick your mind so you won't have the craving, anyone tried it?
