Hello everyone,
We are pleased to announce our October First Week Challenge contest winner: Ayla Tytkanych from Chatham, Ontario. Ayla has been thinking of quitting for a long time as her 2 year old daughter would be upset when she went outside to smoke and the challenge gave her motivation to quit! Here is Ayla's testimonial about her experience with Smokers' Helpline:

This was incentive for me to keep going and conquer my smoking habit. The resources they provided and questionnaires to fill out on their website helped, and continue to help me with this process.
