    I am happy to announce our April 2020 First Week Challenge Contest Winner: Kristen Eden from St.Catharines, Ontario. 

    She found helpful support from Smokers' Helpline's encouraging e-mails and use of the nicotine patches. Kristen's one piece of advice for anyone thinking about quitting, "It's never to late to quit."

    Congratulations to Kristen and all of those who took part in the contest.
