    i have been 60 days smokefree
    i recently fell off the health wagon, dropped exercises  dropped walking  got into sugars badly
    anyway i did go to my weight loss group this week and through it all i maintained  no loss  no gain
    so this is my pledge for saturday   i will get back on that wagon with a goal of a 1 lb weight loss by next thursday
    the one thing i did not do was start counting and writing down each time i had a nicorette so that will also start tomorrow

    Hi Decided,

    Congratulations on 60 days smoke free. I know how easy it can be to drop exercising and walking. I have done that from time to time but have tried to maintain it as much as possible during my quit.
