Hello tanyat - welcome to SHL.ca, and congrats on day #1 of your quit!
Why did you decide to quit without any tobacco @ home?
Great idea to write out a list of distractions/tasks/hobbies - anything to keep your mind off smoking - even if for 10 min - can get you through a craving. What are the top ones that work for you? Also helps to have a list to pull out and refer to, so you don't have to think much while dealing with the urge to smoke!
