   I am 3 years smoke free today.  This site been an inspiration for me in my quit and I quit cold turkey. This is my 3rd attempt after smoking for over 10 years half a pack a day. I think I have figured out the formula.   NOPE (not another puff ever) and get back to your quit if you relapse as relapses are common. 
   
   I use this site as a constant reminder to remind myself of my ugly habits of the past, and why I need to stay away from it.
