   Just letting you know that my journey has been amazing! On Friday Jan 25 I will have been clean of cigarettes, coffee and alcohol for a year .  My choice to do this and I cannot believe how easy and fast this went. I will post on the 25th

   Wow, Wow, Wow, that is absolutely wonderful news!  A huge congratulations to you!  You are being very modest.  You worked really hard, were committed and stuck to your guns through all of the hard times, and look at you now.  Clean for a whole year - yippee!  You should be really proud of yourself!
