   Hello everyone
   
   You have all been incredibly helpful and encouraging in my quit journey.  I've learned so much and received tremendous support.
   
   Today marks 265 days since my last cigarette.  265 DAYS!!!!!!
   
   So why a new perspective?  I've decided rather than counting up the days, I am going to count down the days until one year.  And don't worry, you'll all be invited to my virtual party.
   
   So, here's to 100 days until the party.

   Wow, 265 days.  Man oh man, that is truly terrific!  You should be so proud of yourself!  Isn't it great to finally be free of such a harmful addiction?  Don't you just love the freedom that comes with being a non-smoker?
   
   I will gladly join you in your countdown, and I look forward to your virtual celebration!
