Oh my goodness, where has the time gone?  I have been cigarette free for 10 months now.  The day-to-day, week-to-week has gotten so much easier and the time is really flying by without even a glimpsing thought of having a cigarette.  I don't care if I sound like an egomaniac, but I'm pretty darn proud of myself!!!

I hope everyone here helps me celebrate by not smoking today.

    Hi efreeman75,

10 whole months - Woo Hoo!  Way to go, my friend!  Yes, time has a way of sneaking up on us, eh?

Isn't it amazing that you no longer fixate on having a cigarette, that in fact, you rarely think about it at all?  Oh, what a relief.  I never knew what people meant about the freedom you get from quitting.  Now I know, and you do, too.  And it rocks!

You go ahead and be super proud of yourself, cuz could you ever have believed you would be here right now like this?  Smoke free and happy?  You made a commitment, you worked really hard, you persisted despite the obstacles, and now here you are, a non-smoker.  Way to go, E, you are getting it done!  Stay the course, it's worth it!

    Good day efreeman75

I have similar time and thoughts!
Good for you - I know my 10 months hasn't been a smooth ride; most times, my own entertainment! But I stayed the course, and here I am...

    YAY us, and everyone else
