Hello fellow non smokers and staff it's The Mud Man Here. Well as of yesterday I can proudly say that I have not smoked a cigarette in "3 YEARS". I never would have thought that I could do this but, I've done it. I thank everyone again from this helpline for your support.

    Hi Mud Man.

I am new here and smoke free for 3 days now and so proud of myself. You sure have a right to be proud of yourself. Would you mind sharing with us how you did your quit.
Cold turkey, Nrts, or  your own way?. And once quit , how did you get past those markers, 3 weeks, 3 months where the cravings i am told can come back unexpectedly and catch people unaware.

Can anyone else give us some advice?

    Hi Shazzan

I use Nrt The quit mist and gum.
I was so high addicted to smoking, but I do not really need it, I know my self and how tricky is my mind. So I am always prepare, most of the time.

The key is to be prepare!

I receive a bad new yesterday and today a good new about my Dauther, I swear, the first think I though was smoking and then Not a chance, I change my mind on the moment.
Is what you want, if you want to stay on the quit, you will no matter what!
But took me long time to reach this point!

3 Days smoke free is amazing, keep doing what you Planed and get busy, distract yourself from the moment and you will fine, if I quit so can you!
