Hi January,
I get it when you say it is amazing that you made it this far, because it is! I know how hard it is to quit, having smoked for over 43 years. But if I can quit, so can you.
Try doing things to distract yourself. The more fun, the better. Practice deep breathing, and drink lots of water to help remove the toxins from your body. You may have to change some of your routines, even for a short time, in order to stay on track. I always suggest that you live by NOPE (Not One Puff Ever). If you never take that first puff, you will be a non-smoker forever.
So glad you joined our community. Keep fighting the fight, it's worth it!
