    Today is four months. I have been feeling really good. Once in a while I think I would like a cigarette then I quickly remember how far I have come. NOPE. After the 3 month mark it really does get easier and I don’t think about smoking very often. It’s nice to be able to do more things and not feel tired and no more coughing

    Great job jb63. Glad to hear from you, as you celebrate your4th month being smoke free. Yep NOPE works for me also. Keep up the quit ,so happy for you. See you at number 5.
