    3 months quit and feeling pretty proud. I am still using the lozenges and will continue as long as i need to. but every now and then i have a mint candy. they say you stop on your own anyways,  I can walk a little further, having lots of water.  i am doing pretty good,,NOPE NOPE NOPE...Not One Puff Ever..Taking it one day at a time..

    Congratulations on 3 months quit! Sounds like you have found some great strategies and mantras to help you stay quit. Nice to hear that you are reaping the benefits! One day at a time...keep up the great work!

    That's how it's done!   I am coming up to my 5 year quit date on March 5, and I did it that way.
    NOPE, NOPE, NOPE is so true and has made all the difference. 
    I learned NOPE here on Smokers Helpline from others who were successful.
    Of course, there were many other things that helped - drinking lots of water, avoiding drinking alcohol are some examples.

    Way to go! Keep it up and remeber - NOPE
