I never thought a hard core smoker like me would make it to two months but here I am. I just got back from buying my two month reward- a really good rain jacket. I went for a few bike rides at the weekend. My legs gave out before my lungs did. That was different!  Working now on getting rid of the extra pounds I put on. But it's all good

    Hi pinetree,

Congratulations on your two smoke free months. That is a super accomplishment. I use a reward system too. It gives me something to look forward to. I do long walks and find my lungs also have great stamina, so my legs require me to rest. Like you said, it's all good!

    Hi Pinetree,

Congrats on 2 months of being smoke free!

It's so great to hear about the benefits everyone is noticing with their quits.

Have a great smoke free day,
    Emily
