Been smoking for so many years I don't even know how long it's been. I was thinking about quitting because my cardio was starting to decline and then I joined this site and decided to quit for sure, saving a shit ton of money and my productivity has gone up because every time I think of about having a smoke I find something to distract myself with LOL. Been going on long jogs until my legs give out, training harder and longer in the gym.Trying to condition my mind to associate smoking with pain to stop me from accidentally thinking about it. The first few days I couldn't sleep too well, I think I was drinking more coffee than usual so that didn't help but i've since cut back on that too. What a waste of money smoking was for me!
