it has been awhile since I've been on the forum by I do remember you all when I was active here.
good for you for returning here to quit NRT.
I did NRT lozenges for the first half a year for sure, and it may have been the first year.
I know there have been other things that I have had to watch here and there - eating, drinking, cannabis, and even coffee.
Quitting is also about developing positive coping strategies - which I have greatly increased since I have quit 992 days ago with NOPE - not one puff ever.
These have been mindfulness, walking, developing healthy eating awareness and habits, good sleep habits. It has also really helped to track some progress - this site tracks days quit, cigarettes not smoked, life gained and money saved.
I use that money for life and freedom!
