Turningpoint and quitfriend,
I'm rooting for both of you on your quits. It is a hard thing to do. I've tried many times. I finally had enough and just stuck it out so far. You'll find your sweet quit spot eventually and then be glad for it.
quitfriend's comment about the sinuses clearing is one thing i noticed early in my quit too. For years I just thought I had really poor sinuses or a deviated septum or something! LOL. There really are a lot of benefits of quitting. No more late night runs in the rain to get a pack of smokes, no more flicking a butt out your car window and worrying that the wind blew it back in.Another benefit of quitting is that at around the month point the little callous on my thumb from flicking the lighter is going away (Odd but I noticed that one earlier today), then there is being able to finally honestly answer the guy on the street "sorry, I don't have any smokes to spare".
