Hi
Mina,
Welcome back
and congratulations for making this important decision to quit again! You have
quit before for 6 months and it shows that you have the skills, the strength
and what it takes to quit again. Most people will try many times before they
quit for good. It is a part of the quitting process. As long as you keep trying,
you will reach your goal and become smoke-free.
After
much thought and consideration, you have decided to quit again. You have worked very hard and done a lot of preparation
to get to this point – Way to go! With this strong and positive mindset, you
can do this!
Regarding your question, we all know that cigarettes are filled with many irritating chemicals,
some people may have an allergic reaction to those specific substances. We
encourage you to speak with your doctor.
Remember
that you are not alone in your quit journey, we are here for you. If you have
any questions or concerns, call us at 1-877-513-5333 and we’ll be happy to help
you.
Take
care
