    Good Morning All!

It has now been over three years since I butted out my last cigarette, 1106 days according to the dashboard. I dropped by here in November when I was going off the NRT lozenges and that has been a successful quit as well. I was shocked when I saw on my dashboard that I would have smoked 36,498 cigarettes during the 3 years and by not smoking them I have saved $18,978! Thanks SHO for all your help with my quit.

    Hi eagerquit,

Wow, that is amazing!  I know you had your share of struggles.  Goodness knows this is a very difficult thing to go through.  But look at you now - you are a non-smoker!  You should be really proud of yourself.

Way to go, eagerquit.  You rock!

    wow eagerquit way to go!

This site really helped me at first - to get support and to hear from others who had successfully quit. Thanks to you and to others, I can say that I have quit for 3 and a half years now and the feeling is great!

So good for you, keep going, and keep sharing your successes and your strategies!  It helps to cheer each other on.
