Im only 12 days in. Yes I still want one, but getting better. Are you using nrt? Im on the patch and have the gum for back up. You should get doing things. When I usually smoke, like with my coffee or after meals, I color or do word search. And oddly enough, I smell my hands to remind me how much better they smell. I HATED the smoke smell on me, even after washing them. Stay the course, it will be worth it! Not alot of input on this site. There are a few good stop smoking groups on Facebook. And I have this ap called Quit Traker that really put things into perpective for me! YOU CAN DO THIS! Read through people's journeys on here, even if they are old. It helps!
