   today  marks my 6th months since i quit. i'm a few weeks off my lozenges. I'm doing alright.

   Wow Freedomchild. Just wow... 6 months already. I remember you posting at the start of my journey and I was wishing so hard that I would be able to last as long as you did. 6 months is half a year. That's some achievement.
   In a months time Ill be coming up to getting to that milestone too. We're doing it.. We're beating the addiction.
   Have you anything nice planned as a reward? You should buy something nice for yourself to mark the occasion.

   Yippee, look at you go!  You should be so proud of yourself!  All your hard work and commitment are paying off.  Make sure you make a mental note of all the benefits of quitting to help keep you motivated.  Also, do something nice for yourself.  You deserve it!
