   Four weeks smoke free!  It hasn’t really been so bad.  I used Champix, but have stopped for the last two days because it was affecting my sleep.  It did the trick for the first while, but I think I can get along without it now.  Evenings are hardest - was used to spending commercials on tv by going outside for a few puffs - getting past that!  Keeping my eye on my bank account - and it’s much happier!

   Love that you are paying attention to how much money you've saved over these past four weeks - any plans for money saved? Any rewards? Rewards are such a great way to honour all the hard work you've done this month!

   WooHoo Songbird - congratulations on your four smoke free weeks!  It sounds like you have gotten past the worst of it, which is great.
   
   Enjoy the extra cash you have now that you have quit smoking.  Do something to celebrate your victory.  You deserve to treat yourself for all of your hard work!
