   Good Morning Everyone
   
   Quit day, can not remember, but Life saved: 408 days 7 hours 10 minutes Smoke free!
   
   My Lungs say's Thank you!
   My Heart pumps more Blood!
   My pressure is establish!
   Have a lot more energy!
   I smell great!
   I save a lot of Cash!
   I can stay playing with my kids.
   Food test great!
   
   One day at the time!
   
   Your body say's thank so much for stopping Smoking!
   
   I know is hard, I give up 3 packs a day.
   
   Is all about to train your self to Quit! And Having fun doing it!
   
   Have a Wonderful smoke free day!

   If anyone needed to quit smoking, it was you, and you did it.  I am so very happy for you.  And look at you now.  You are feeling so much better.  You are going to live longer, and you have so much to live for!  Yippee!
   
   I am so proud of you, my friend.  I know it wasn't easy, but you did it.  And look at you now.  You are truly a non-smoker.  Wow.  You rock!  Way to go, brieffree!  Keep the quit!

   I am not a Hero, just and other Person who need it help time ago and was desperate to feel ok; Because this Demon Addiction.
   
   We go along the way of freedom!
   
   And is true, suddenly we pay the price of our bad behaviors with our life!
   
   And I had the best help I can ever found!  
   
   One day at the time!
   
   Never give up!

   thank you for sharing your journey and all the good things that go with becoming and being a non smoker, like health, energy, smelling nicer, freedom, and life!
   life is so much more enjoyable as a non smoker - I agree!
   Today is 77 smoke free days for me, and I am loving it as much as you are!
