Congratulations on making it through your first week! Like efreeman75 and treepo said, this is a HUGE accomplishment! It sounds that both keeping busy and taking care of yourself are working for you!
People experience physical benefits differently and at different times, but your body is starting to heal. You are nicotine free now and your lungs might start to clear out the mucus. Your senses of taste and smell will also improve.
