    Hi All,

Today I am celebrating five smoke free weeks. I hit a point back there where I just couldn't do it anymore and said enough! Tomorrow I am celebrating with lunch out and I might spend some money at Marks on some new threads if I see something I like.

Hey Eagerquit!  That's amazing news!  Congratulations.  Are you starting to feel better?  You know, it's weird.  I felt bad, but not that bad if I was just sitting around or puttering.  The first thing I noticed was unclogged sinus'.  But lately, I've noticed better breathing too. You'll start to feel more benefits soon, just you wait.

    Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I do feel better, particularly in the breathing department. I can take a deep breath of fresh, clean air without hacking or coughing. My sinuses have not cleared yet so I still have that to look forward to. This morning I had the most incredible craving so popped in an NRT lozenge. I cut the strength of the lozenges and gum two weeks ago from 4 mg to 2 mg and lately I have only had 1 or 2 per day. Reading about others successes in these forums has been very good therapy for me.
