   Hi it’s Mud Man. I was trying to reply to a new comer to give some advice last night. I waited and waited and finally gave up. I love everyone on the helpline but I’m sorry this new website drives me over the deep end.

   Hi Mudman.  
   I do believe it was i who asked for advice after quitting and how to best prepare for the sneaky attacks of cravings at the 3 wk and 3 month periods. 
   I want to thank you for trying to respond. I have never joined a site like this so i don't know if it is slow. I do wish i knew if i could navigate it better or be able to actually chat with someone. That would be so cool.
