    Hi all. Just wanted to give a heartfelt thanks to Smokers Helpline for following up with me through emails. It is greatly appreciated and even though I have been smoking for the last 5 days (I set my quit date almost a week ago and it fell through), the support given to me through frequent emails WILL assist me in finally kicking this filthy habit. I know it will. So thank you very much to everybody here and hope to update you soon on my newfound progress. Good health and Happy Holidays to everybody here!

    It took me a lot of years of trying to finally get my head into the right place to quit smoking. 

    Take the lessons from this attempt and use them to help you do better next time.
